Reporting Day 3

As the days before we sang our morning song. At this we sang Bob Dylan - Blowin' in the Wind (https://youtu.be/MMFj8uDubsE) – we enjoyed this song!

The theme of the day was „Listening to Nature”. We formed a circle with trainers and showed to us the advantages of being in contact with nature. We hope you are aware that gives a lot of joy, relaxation, and amazement! It also reduces stress and makes us feel better.
In the first activity, we were paying attention to all sounds that were around us – like singing birds, blowing wind or the sound that is made by humans. Everybody was shocked that how many sounds are around us and how many we are missing in our everyday life.
The purpose of the second
Trainers gave us pieces of ropes. We tied these ropes as circles and these circles became windows that were a gateway to our minds. The goal was to put that circle in a place that represents our way of seeing the world. Then we chose a partner and checked his-her work to discuss it.
The abovementioned practices were the introduction to the goal of our day- a lonely walk in nature.
We prepared lunch for ourselves, take the bottles, put some suncream on our bodies, and started to walk. The main suggestion we were to feel free and walk wherever we want – without a plan. Some of us went down by the riverside, some of us went through the fields in an unknown direction and some went alone to footpaths. We the listening, and we started to begin answering the questions that the trainers give us. The question was „ Where do I need to listen more in my life and where do I need to voice to be heard more in the world”. We had 4 hours for this practice. After that time all of us (uff!!) came back to the venue. In conclusion this practice, we did a summary of our trips. Some of us told about feelings, and experiences with nature and about their question the answers. Many of us meet deers and butterflies, and many of us had beautiful and deep experiences in contact with nature. It turns out that nature was good ground for finding an answer to mentioned question.

For the nights we were invited to a Winehouse in our next door. We gather at the main gate and our marvelous journey begins there -which takes two minutes. In the restaurant, they served us a local wine produced by themselves. For the meals, we had mostly meat (sorry vegetarian friends:). We had a lovely dinner together full of great conversations which help us know each other better.
After that, we came back to the venue and started the fire at the fireplaces. We played the guitars and drums, and we sang songs from our cultures that made us more connected.

In conclusion, we had a wonderful day that taught us how to become more aware of the things that going on in nature.
